Hand delivery
Local runs are ours, in our own vehicles. Nobody subcontracts the last leg, which is exactly where a piece gets scratched or arrives late.
Delivery and installation
We deliver it ourselves, on both sides of the border.
A piece is not finished when it leaves the shop. It is finished when it is up where it belongs. That is why local delivery is ours, and crossing into California is part of the day.
How far we go

Tijuana
Hand delivery by us, anywhere in the city: Otay, La Mesa, Zona Río, El Florido, Playas and the industrial parks. If the piece gets installed, we show up with the equipment and the tools, not just to drop it at the door.

Rosarito, Tecate and Ensenada
Direct delivery inside the state, on an agreed day and time. On installed jobs, the measuring visit comes first and at no charge.

Southern California
We cross. San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, Otay Mesa, El Cajon and Escondido get delivery from us. The shop is 15 minutes from the Otay Mesa crossing, so the crossing is part of the day, not an ordeal.

Rest of Mexico and the United States
By freight, with tracking and packaging built for rigid pieces. We have shipped awards as far as Illinois and Texas, and work as far as France.
How your order gets there
On-site installation
If the work gets mounted, delivery and installation are the same visit: we measure, we mount, we take the cardboard with us.
Shop pickup
Luna Park, Tijuana, 15 minutes from the Otay Mesa crossing. Plenty of San Diego clients would rather pick up on the way.
Freight to other states
Packed for rigid pieces, with a tracking number. Cost depends on size and destination, and it is in the quote from the start.
Shipping questions
Do you deliver to San Diego and Chula Vista?
Yes. We cross the border with our own delivery into Southern California. The shop is 15 minutes from the Otay Mesa crossing, and you can also pick up here if it is on your way.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the size of the piece and the zone, and it is always itemized in the quote. It never shows up as a surprise at the end.
Can I see when the truck arrives?
Yes. Our vehicles carry GPS and once the service is confirmed we send you a link to follow the unit in real time.
What if the piece arrives damaged?
We replace it. Installed work carries a one year written warranty, and transport is on us while the piece is our responsibility.
Do you do same-day delivery?
In Tijuana, depending on shop load and the type of piece. Tell us your date and we answer honestly whether we can make it.
Are you inside the coverage?
Tell us where the piece is going and the quote tells you how it gets there, what it costs and when.
