Vendor onboarding

The paperwork that stops my competition is already done.

Getting into a manufacturing plant is not won on the lowest price. It is won by clearing vendor onboarding. This is the full package I hand to purchasing the same day they ask.

What I send to purchasing

  1. 01

    Specialized services registry (REPSE)

Registration with the Mexican Labor Ministry. Without it, your company cannot deduct what you pay me for installation work.

  2. 02

    Tax compliance certificate (SAT)

Positive standing. It is the first thing purchasing asks for to onboard a new vendor.

  3. 03

    Social security compliance (IMSS)

Confirms my crew is registered and current. It matters the moment they walk into your plant.

  4. 04

    Tax status certificate

With the tax regime and address that will appear on your invoice.

  5. 05

    Liability insurance

Covers on-site work. If something happens while I install in your plant, you are not the one paying for it.

The documents go out by email, not published here: they carry tax and policy details that have no business sitting open on the internet.

Written warranty

One year on fabrication and installation, written into the quote, not promised out loud. If a piece fails in that window because of something on my end, I replace or repair it at no charge.

Work inside the plant

This is what that paperwork buys: getting in, measuring, installing and leaving without your safety team having to make an exception.

Want purchasing to onboard me?

Tell me which inbox it goes to and I send the full package the same day. There is a checkbox for it in the form.
